Refund policy

We are happy to offer you a refund or an exchange if the product you are returning is in a fully resalable condition i.e. not damaged, unopened and unused.

 Customers must contact us within 3 days of receiving the product via email (info@perfumeswallet.com) clearly stating your order number & your reason(s) for wanting to return.

If the product is returned in a condition which is not fully resalable or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange on the item.

Samples purchased are non-refundable due to the small size.

 Refunds will only be processed once the item is received back.

Please be aware that you are responsible for the return of all items until we are in safe receipt. We recommend that you use an insured returns service for your protection.
